This Bagls come out really good!! this is the recipe. 1/3 Cup Water 1/4 Cup Oil 2 Eggs 3 Cups Bread Flour 1 1/2 Teaspoon instant yeast 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1/2 Teaspoon Salt my secret is to use 2 teaspoons wheat gluten maybe you will need more water to make more flexible the dough for onion bagels, just dice some onion and put over the bagels after boil. DONT cook the onion before baking, if you do this the onion will overburn. GOOD LUCK
