definitely will be lutein in here as well as other things that the marigold has—not sure what you mean in a vaccum but if you have any ideas you should apply then—you can do things like I showed you and you can do things as you like and then make a comparison—you will be able to tell after you have done it which way will be the most effective and then tweak the process
